Biography
James is an Associate Director in the employer solutions group, specialising in UK employment tax and international mobility. He advises companies on many of the employer compliance aspects of having a UK domestic and international workforce.
James also advises companies on UK employer and employee tax compliance, international social security, tax-efficient structuring of assignments and packages, tax policy design and cost mitigation as well as having experience in defending HMRC inquiries and settling disputes.
