2018: promoted to Associate Director
2021: promoted to Director

Stephanie’s speciality is working with shareholders to realise value through company disposals and management buyouts, as well as providing acquisition support for both trade and private equity investors. Stephanie has a proven track record of delivering exceptional value to her clients and navigating complex issues to find the best solution for them. Her experience is extensive and spans manufacturing, recruitment, and luxury brands with specialties in the food and drink and technology industries.

‘As mid-market specialists, I enjoy the breath of clients I get to work with, particularly entrepreneurs, and building that trusted adviser relationship is important to me. I understand that selling their business is life changing and therefore getting them the right transaction is critical. There is no better feeling than doing a good job and exceeding my client's aspirations.’

Stephanie has young twins that keep her very busy outside of work. When her twins allow it and she gets to enjoy a social life, she enjoys good food (specifically being cooked for), skiing and travel. Stephanie is currently working to improve her golf game, much like many of us!

Favourite thing about RSM

I would be surprised if my response is any different to my colleagues, which is a testament to its truth. The people at RSM are truly what makes it exceptional. There is genuinely a supportive and inclusive culture amongst the teams and a real desire to equip everyone with the tools and training to help you excel at your career.
