Natalie specialises in advising shareholders and management teams on maximising and realising value through company sales, management buyouts, acquisitions, and fundraisings. Natalie advises privately-owned, entrepreneurial businesses on mid-market transactions and works across a wide variety of sectors, with a particular focus on financial services.

‘I have always loved working with entrepreneurs. Many of our clients have spent years building their businesses and the decision to sell or bring an investor on board is a life-changing event. Being entrusted to advise them throughout that journey, and exceed their expectations, is hugely rewarding and a real privilege.’

Natalie loves to travel, almost as much as she loves cheese. Natalie has two fantastic nephews who never fail to let her know what her true priorities are - namely making pancakes - not crepes - and keeping 'score' on whose turn is next for fear of a sibling row that will last the rest of the day.

Favourite thing about RSM

The journey we are on. The firm has changed so much in the time I've been here and is still evolving. It's great being part of something that you have a chance to shape and build.
