Biography

Karen has specialised in Restructuring advisory services for over 20 years, focusing in particular in Restructuring insolvency services, Charities advisory and solvent liquidations and reorganisations. Within restructuring advisory Karen heads up the corporate simplification and not for profit restructuring teams advising large corporates, owner managed businesses and  trustees and senior management teams in the not for profit sector.

Karen's recent assignments include advising a large international corporate on rationalising their group structure, advising non departmental bodies on orderly wind down and closure, solvency reviews for organisations, refinancing options for Education and transfer of services for a youth charity, turnaround of an educational charity and administration of a children’s charity.

Karen is also an author and contributor to Charity Watch.
