Biography

Diana is a restructuring advisory partner and licensed insolvency practitioner based in the Midlands. She has significant restructuring experience developing business and relationships, leading teams and managing projects locally and internationally across a range of sectors including energy, manufacturing, retail, printing, construction, property development, leisure and hospitality, care homes, automotive (supplier and OEM) and social housing.

Diana has extensive restructuring experience of supporting lenders, corporates and non for profit organisations.

She specialises in:

  • formal insolvency;
  • contingency planning;
  • financial restructuring;
  • crisis stabilisation;
  • cash flow review and
  • working capital management.

In recent years, Diana has also worked in the further education sector, supporting colleges with their mergers and financial recovery plans.

Diana completed a 12 month secondment to the high risk department of a major clearing bank which involved working in the Midlands, North and London markets. Her role predominantly focused on the bank’s property portfolio, co-developing strategies on both a restructuring and enforcement basis.

Diana sits on the West Midlands committees for the Turnaround Management Association and Association of Business Recovery Professionals. She is also a member of the International Women’s Restructuring Confederation.

During the last six years working at RSM, Diana has enjoyed collaborating with management and finding solutions to the increasing challenges facing them in their business. She prides herself on building strong relationships with all stakeholders and getting to the heart of the various issues quickly so that a way forward can be structured and delivered with clarity and certainty.
