Charlie Barnes

Biography

Charlie is an employment solicitor and director at RSM UK. He joined RSM in 2017 when it began legal services delivery through its own law firm. Charlie came to RSM from a leading national law firm, where he gained experience working with employers, solving their day-to-day employment law problems.

Charlie is a regular presenter and writer on employment legal developments and is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and The Law Society.

When asked why he enjoys his role, Charlie said:

"Ultimately, our job as legal advisers is about finding practical solutions and getting clients to where they want to be. I find that hugely rewarding. I also love the challenge of building our legal services offering, and the great satisfaction that comes with welcoming new talent to the team."

Charlie enjoys spending time with his family, teaching his three young sons to swim, cycle, build dens and be kind.
