Carolyn Brown

Biography

Carolyn has led RSM’s client legal services for over five years and is responsible for the broader development of RSM UK’s legal services through RSM UK Legal LLP.

Carolyn has over 30 years’ experience as a solicitor in private practice across a range of legal services areas. Carolyn is a specialist employment relationships solicitor, with significant experience of advising clients in a wide range of sectors, including on employment issues with brand reputational risk for the employer organisation or its leaders.

Carolyn is a regular presenter and writer on employment legal developments.

She is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and the Law Society.

Carolyn used to describe her interests as juggling, but, now that her sons have careers of their own, she looks forward to spending time on her interests of Italian renaissance art, the theatre and enjoying the beauty of Suffolk skies.
